About VitaMan Indo
VitaMan Indo is a guide to daily vitamin and mineral complexes for men in Indonesia. We are based in Jakarta, at Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 52 in Senayan, and we write for one audience: men here who want to understand what is in a men's formula before they buy one. We are not a manufacturer and we do not sell supplements.

Who writes it
VitaMan Indo
Every note on this page is checked against product labels and retail listings for brands sold in Indonesia — no lab claims, no invented ratings.
Why this site exists
Walk into a pharmacy in Kebayoran Baru or scroll a marketplace and you will find dozens of men's multivitamins with near-identical front labels and very different ingredient panels. Most shoppers settle for brand recognition because comparing panels is tedious. We started VitaMan Indo to make that comparison ordinary.
The pages here are built around the three lines that carry the most weight on a men's nutrient formula: the declared serving size, the form each nutrient arrives in, and the age or lifestyle the maker positions the product for. Once those are on the table, a shelf of near-identical boxes stops being a wall and starts being a shortlist you can actually work through.
We are not a shop and we do not take a cut from any brand. If you finish a page here knowing which three lines on a label matter to you, the site has done its job.
The three lines we read first
Declared serving
How many tablets or capsules the maker says make up one day's dose, and whether that total is stated per bottle or per serve.
Nutrient form
The ingredient name on the panel, not the marketing name on the front — this is where two boxes that look identical stop being identical.
Positioning
Whether the maker aims the formula at a general adult, a 50-plus reader, or a specific lifestyle. We quote the positioning as the listing states it.
Nothing on these cards is a health claim. They are the reading habits that let you compare men's daily vitamins without guessing.
This is the scene our reading starts from: one dose, one bench, one glass of water — and a label panel that has to be read before any of it means anything.
How we research
We work from what is publicly stated: retail listings, product pages, and label information for the brands sold in Indonesia. That includes imported lines like Swisse, GNC, Centrum, Blackmores, Solgar, and Vitabiotics Wellman, and local options such as Supravit, alongside marketplace-native names like B Beworths.
We describe positioning and format as the listings state them. Where a listing gives a nutrient amount, we copy that amount and the unit it came in; where it gives only a marketing phrase, we say so and leave the row blank rather than filling it with a number we cannot point to.
We do not test products in a lab, and we do not claim to. A comparison here is a reading of what the maker and the retailer put in writing — useful for narrowing a shelf, no substitute for the panel on the bottle in your hand.
Where each detail comes from
- Serving size and format — read from the maker's product page or the retail listing for that exact pack size.
- Nutrient names — taken from the ingredient panel as printed, in the order the panel lists them.
- Age or lifestyle positioning — quoted from the maker's own description, not inferred from the packaging colour.
- Price band — described in general terms only, since marketplace prices move week to week.
If a page states something you cannot trace back to a label or a listing, that is a mistake on our side — tell us and we will fix or remove it.
What we do not do
We do not give medical advice. We do not tell you a formula will treat, cure, or prevent anything. We do not publish invented ratings, fabricated reviews, or before-and-after claims. If a page suggests a nutrient supports a normal body function, that is the limit of the claim, and it is deliberate.
No diagnosis
Nothing here tells you what you have or what you need. That reading belongs with your doctor, who has your history and your medication list.
No outcome promises
No page says a formula will change how you feel in a set number of weeks. Nutrient information is described as general nutrition, and it stops there.
No invented proof
No star ratings, no review quotes, no awards, no certification badges. If a claim cannot be traced to a label or a listing, it does not go on the page.
No pressure
No countdowns, no stock warnings, no limited-time language. We are happy for you to read, close the tab, and come back when you are at the shelf.
Anything about your personal health belongs with your doctor. We can help you read a panel; we cannot tell you whether a nutrient is right for you.
Editorial standards
Every claim on this site has to be traceable to a product label, a retail listing, or general nutrient information. If we cannot source it, we cut it. The seven rules below are the ones we actually apply while writing and while revising, and they are the reason some pages here look shorter than the shelves they describe.
Applies to every page
These rules run across the nutrient coverage, age and lifestyle, formula comparison, and daily routine guides — not only this page.
Rule
Every claim has a source behind it.
Rule
Unsourced details are removed, not softened.
Rule
No absolute promises anywhere on the site.
Rule
Urgency language is not used at all.
Rule
Comparisons say plainly where the facts came from.
Rule
A vague listing is reported as vague, never guessed at.
Rule
Reader corrections change the page, and the note says so.
Keeping content current
Formulas get reformulated and listings change. We review pages periodically and update the details when a product's stated serving size, format, or age positioning shifts.
-
Serving size shifts
When a maker moves from two tablets a day to one, the format notes on the affected page are rewritten the same week, because that change alone moves a formula between two of our comparisons.
-
Panel changes
If a nutrient name on the panel changes, the row moves with it. We keep the old name in mind only so long as it helps you match the bottle you already own.
-
Age positioning
When a line gains or drops a 50-plus variant, the age and lifestyle guide is re-sorted, since the same brand can sit in two different age bands under two different names.
-
Reader reports
If you spot something on this site that no longer matches what you see on a bottle or a listing, tell us. Corrections from readers are one of the more useful inputs we get, and we act on them.
Include the brand and the panel line you are unsure about — it makes the reply more useful.
Who this is for
Most of our readers are men in Indonesia in their late twenties through sixties, plus family members buying for someone else. Some are starting their first daily supplement; others are comparing a 50-plus formula for a parent.
The common thread is wanting a straight explanation without a sales pitch. That shapes what we write and what we leave out — no lifestyle photography pretending a tablet is a personality, no talk of transformation, just the panel and what it says.
Starting out
You have never bought a daily vitamin complex for men before and want to know what a normal daily nutrients range looks like before choosing a pack.
Read the nutrient coverage guideComparing two boxes
You have two men's vitamin and mineral blends in front of you and want the panel differences laid out side by side instead of decoded from front-label copy.

How to reach us
We are in Jakarta and we answer email. Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions all go to the same inbox, and we read every message. The contact page has the full details and what to expect for a reply.
If your question is about a specific product you already own, include the brand and the panel lines you are unsure about. It makes the answer more useful, and it usually saves a round of email. If you are asking about everyday timing instead — with food, without, morning or night — the daily routine guide covers format and habit questions first.

What we can help with
- Questions about a comparison on the formula page — we can say which listing a row came from.
- Corrections when a serving size, format, or age positioning has moved on.
- Suggestions for a men's nutrient formula or brand sold here that we have not covered yet.
- Plain-language explanation of a term used on a panel or on this site.
What belongs elsewhere
Personal health questions belong with your doctor. We can explain what a label says; we cannot advise on your own nutrition, medication, or symptoms.
Where to go next
If you came here to check whether this site is worth reading, the nutrient coverage guide is the natural next step — it walks through what a complete vitamin formula for men usually declares, in plain terms.
One week in the tray, read the same way we read a panel: what it says first, and what it leaves out.
